This will guarantee a spot for your child in the class: If you are among the first 25 to register online (on this form) and you mail the bottom half of the registration flyer and fee. (To mail the payment in time, it must be post marked at least 3 days prior to first lesson) TO:

FOR STANDARD REGISTRATION:
Register online (on this form) and be among the first 25. Then, you or your child bring to the first class the bottom half of the registration flyer and fee to save your spot. If your child does not have the form and fee at the first class, then their spot may be given up.
