Then, parent or legal guardian,

By filling out the information below, you no longer need to call the number on the flyer to register (619-582-1897).


You must still fill out the bottom half of the registration
flyer and choose either Advanced or Standard Registration:

FOR ADVANCED REGISTRATION:
This will guarantee a spot for your child in the class: If you are among the first 25 to register online (on this form) and
you mail the bottom half of the registration flyer and fee.
(To mail the payment in time, it must be
post marked at least 3 days prior to first lesson)

Then, you or your child bring to the first class the bottom half
of the registration flyer and fee to save your spot..
If your child does not have the form and fee at the first class,
