Martial Arts After School
Tai Kwon DoeDescription
Step & Chung in Front StanceStep forward, front knee bent, extend hand open palm.
 Front Snap KickKnee up with leg pulled back, snap foot out, pull back, then set foot down
Jump Front Snap KickBring one knee up, jump and bring other knee up land, and then do a front snap kick.
Side KickKnee up, turn, kick, pull back, turn back forward, set foot behind
Jump Side KickBring both knees up, turn to side in air, side kick forward.
Fan KickLook over shoulder of side kicking on, kick straight back, upper body leans forward.
Jump Fan KickBring knee up, jump 180 degrees turning around in air, then fan kick and land.
Double Heel KickTurn and bring heel of foot up,  jump switch and bring other heel up.
Kick Form 
Five Man SparringOut block with left as step with  right leg and chung with right, turn to left double heel kick target to left, then 180 degree jump fan kick, then jump knee break next target, jump front snap kick next target, then jump side kick last target.
Tai Chi   
Deep BreathLegs crossed, hands up, back straight.  Breath in and out through nose.
Kung Fu 
2nd Half Meteor FistDouble block right high left down block, rolling back fist left, hammer right, rolling back fist right, front snap kick right, splashing fists right left, step splashing fist step with left and splashing fist with right, deflect with left, hammer left, right, then front snap kick/ right as hammer left, hammer right stepping down with right, rolling hammer fist with right.
