Tai Chi   Description
Deep Breath Legs crossed, hands up, back straight.  Breath in and out through nose.
Hand Attacks/ Kicks  
Step & DRILL PUNCH Front stance: Front leg bent, thigh level with ground, back leg straight, both feet flat, hips turned FORWARD, feet shoulder width apart.  Step and punch, punching arm is whatever leg is forward.
Front Snap Kick Knee up and bent, extend out foot straight in front, kick with ball of foot, pull back foot and then set down leg.
Walking Front Snap Kicks Knee comes up, thigh level with floor, kick straight out, pull back, then set leg down IN FRONT, then Front Snap kick with other leg.
Back Kick Look over shoulder of side kicking on, kick straight back, upper body leans forward.
Fan Kick Knee comes up, use opposite hand for target, swing leg half circle in front of body.
Side Kick Knee comes up, turn hips to the side, extend leg forward.  Toes will point to the side.
Slide Side Kick From  a horse position.  Slide feet together, lift front leg, side kick, drop back into horse.
Jump Front Snap Kick Bring one knee up, jump and bring other knee up land, and then do a front snap kick.
Jump Side Kick Bring both knees up, turn to side in air, side kick forward.
Jump Knee Break Like Jump Side Kick, but angle leg down.
180 Jump Fan Kick Bring knee up, jump 180 degrees turning around in air, then fan kick and land.
Self Defense  
Out Block, Chung Out Block with left hand, up past your head waving from right to left, then step forward with right foot, and chung (open hand attack) with right palm.  
Kick Forms  
4-Kick Form Form using 4 kicks and a side horse punch at the end.  All of these kicks should be done moving forward. 1. Front snap kick, 2. Back kick, 3. Fan kick 4.  Step into horse pos., slide side kick, then finish with a punch.
