After School
Tai Chi   Description
Deep Breath Legs crossed, hands up, back straight.  Breath in and out through nose.
Hand Attacks/ Kicks  
Drill Punch Fist from a palm up position, extends out and turns over to palm down when arm is about to lock out. Keep elbow in and down!
Hammer Fist Strike with the side of the fist near little finger.
Back Kick Look over shoulder of side kicking on, kick straight back, upper body leans forward.
Round Kick Starts like a side kick, knee up, turn hips over and kick target to side with top of foot.
Spinning Reverse Kick Twirl backwards spinning arms to help with momentum, bring rear leg up and arc up and down hitting with side of foot.  Whole body turns 360 degrees.
Reverse Low Sweep Like Spinning Reverse Kick except drop down on pivot leg, hitting target with calf. Spin 180 degrees on ground.
Self Defense  
In Block, hammer fist In block with right,  hammer fist with right swinging toward head as contain with left.
Kick Form  
Tornado Kick Form In Block with right, hammer fist with right, step and drill  punch with left, turn in place, back kick with right, turn in place, round kick with left, spin reverse kick X2 with right, reverse low sweep with right, shift forward, BAGUA!
