Back Kick |
Look over shoulder of side
kicking on, kick straight back, upper body leans forward. |

Round Kick |
Starts like a side kick, knee
up, turn hips over and kick target to side with top of foot. |

Spinning Reverse Kick |
Twirl backwards spinning arms to
help with momentum, bring rear leg up and arc up and down hitting with side
of foot. Whole body turns 360 degrees. |

Reverse Low Sweep |
Like Spinning Reverse Kick
except drop down on pivot leg, hitting target with calf. Spin 180 degrees on
ground. |
