After School
Tai Chi   Description
Deep Breath Legs crossed, hands up, back straight.  Breath in and out through nose.
Stances/ Kicks/ Blocks  
Front Kick Bring knee up, kick leg out, bring back.
Jump Front Kick Bring knee up, jump and switch to other leg, kicking a front kick.
Ax Kick Without bending knee, swing leg straight up and down hitting with your heel.
Round House Kick Bring knee up, turn to side keeping leg up, snap out leg like front kick, bring back.
Sliding Roundhouse Kick Slide back leg to the front and with the front leg kick a roundhouse kick
Side Kick Bring knee up, turn to side keeping leg up, push leg out aiming with heel
Flying Side Kick Take two steps, jump with both legs bent, kick side kick with front leg.
Down Block Bring hand up to opposite ear and block down to lower abdomin.
Inside Block Bring hand up to same side ear and swing arm across chest.
Outside Block From opposite hip of hand, swing up across chest blocking out.
Face Block Starting with hand at belly button, swing arm up and cover your head
Knife Hand Block Same as outside block, but your hand is open and block with ridge of hand.
Walking Stance Feet shoulder width apart, take one step forward.
Back Stance Feet shoulder width apart, step back with right leg twice and turn it right 90 degrees
Long Stance Feet shoulder width apart, take 3 step back with right leg keep straight, bend left leg.
Taekwondo  
Taegeuk #3 Turn Left, down block left hand (left foot forward). Front kick with right, place foot in front into long stance, double punch (right first). 180 turn to the right, sweeping right foot around into walking stance, right hand down block. Front kick with left foot and double punch (left foot). Swing left foot 90 degrees into walking stance and with right hand through knife hand chop to the neck. Step forward with right, knife hand chop with left. Turn left knife hand block in a back stance. Grab wrist with blocking hand and moving left foot shift into long stance and punch to the body. Turn right, knife hand block with right hand in back stance. Move right leg into long stance after you grab the wrist and body punch. Bring left foot in and turn left while in blocking with right hand. Jump front kick right knee coming up first then left leg kick.
